One thing a lot of people want to know is, “Are people still buying and selling houses?” Although we saw a slowdown after the Stay-at-Home Order, we have started to see our activity pick up in recent weeks. Most of it is occurring in the $400,000 to $500,000 price range. In the entry-level market, activity has cooled somewhat, likely due to unemployment levels.
